Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of CELPIP Practice, operated by the CELPIP Practice team in Western Australia. By creating an account you agree to them.

Not an official test provider

CELPIP Practice is an independent practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paragon Testing Enterprises. “CELPIP” is used only to describe the test our materials help you prepare for. Our practice questions are original.

Scores are estimates

Levels and visa-level comparisons shown on the site are estimates to guide your practice. They are not official results and do not guarantee any score on the real test or any visa outcome. Always check official requirements with the Department of Home Affairs.

Your account

  • You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure.
  • One person per account. Don’t share your account or try to get around daily limits with multiple accounts.
  • Don’t copy, scrape or republish our questions, or misuse the service (for example, automated requests or attempts to break security).
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of your recordings and writing. You allow us to store and process them to provide feedback, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payments and refunds

VIP prices are shown and charged in US dollars through Stripe. Memberships and AI rating vouchers are one-off purchases and are not a subscription. Purchased vouchers do not expire. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service does not work as described, contact us via our feedback form (log in first) and we will fix it or refund you. If an AI rating fails for technical reasons, the voucher is returned to your account automatically.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features, prices or these terms; if we make a significant change, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.

Contact and governing law
